Hello, and welcome to my website. Whilst a large part of this site is intended to develop discussion for the legal profession in terms of lawyer career development, career planning, and succession planning, it is also intended to assist with the implementation of what are generally referred to as "the soft skills" - an area of personal development sadly missing from most law school curricula. It also provides practical management advice for professional service firm owners and managers. Last, but certainly not least, I undertake Executive Search assignments for a select group of clients. Having had many years of experience as a hirer and manager of talent I have a solid understanding of what works and what doesn't when looking for new people.
